With Nyhart since 2011, Ashley is responsible for organizational development, talent acquisition, performance management, policy recommendation, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and all functions that deal with the needs and activities of Nyhart's employees.

Prior to joining Nyhart, she worked with large, highly regulated organizations. She has been essential in employee relations, benefits administration, developing employee programs and policies, wellness initiatives and other HR related functions.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized Technical Support Specialist to provide support to all of our business units

Essential responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the first contact for employees to address, investigate and resolve computer, printer, and telecommunication issues.
  • Maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and inventory to insure dependability of network infrastructure.
  • Develop stable computer platforms throughout the organization by keeping current with application/operating system updates.
  • Secure network by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation
  • Assist with user onboarding/offboarding
  • Record, track, monitor and resolve incidents and requests in the service management system
  • Provide training when needed
  • Be flexible, professional, and helpful

Skills and Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred

Pension Actuary

Indianapolis, IN

We are looking for a Pension Actuary to deliver expertise and administrative services, contribute to special projects, and provide quality support to clients.

Essential functions of the position include:

  • Complete and review annual valuations (ERISA, ASC 715, GASB)
  • Perform necessary calculations and analysis on special retirement projects
  • Communicate with clients via teleconference, meetings, and presentations
  • Manage client relationships and handle day to day contact with clients
  • Project manage annual and special projects
  • Provide technical leadership and promote sound actuarial practices
  • Certification of valuations and benefit calculations

Education and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in math, actuarial science, or related field
  • ASA in pursuit of FSA designation
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience
  • Proficiency in valuation system coding and reviewing test cases
  • Outstanding quantitative and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Call Center Supervisor

Indianapolis, IN

As part of one of the nation’s largest independent benefit consulting firms, you will help to direct our contact center and maximize the performance of our team.

The Call Center Supervisor must have customer service and call center supervisory experience. To help us achieve success in conjunction with our growth, the ideal candidate must also be organized, reliable, possess good communicate skills and proven success motivating a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Support call center representatives with escalated and complex issues
  • Assist with operational administration of benefit plans, including processing payrolls, terminations, enrollments and other functions
  • Perform routine audits for quality assurance
  • Keep management informed on issues and problems
  • Review and provide guidance on outgoing communication including, website content, marketing materials, and client correspondence

Requirements:

  • Must be willing and able to work 12pm-8pm EST, Monday - Friday
  • Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s preferred
  • Proven experience as call center supervisor or similar supervisory position
  • Customer service experience
  • Tech savvy with knowledge of call center software programs
  • Outstanding communication and problem solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Familiarity with HSA, FSA, COBRA, 401K and/or DB plans preferred
