March 13, 2012 (Indianapolis) – Nyhart is pleased to announce that Carter Angell received his Enrolled Actuary (“E.A.”) designation from the Joint Board for the Enrollment of Actuaries. In order to receive this designation an actuary must pass the required track of actuarial exams and do pension actuarial work for at least three years.
By receiving his E.A. designation, Carter is now qualified to sign government forms certifying pension figures and lead defined benefit work without any oversight from a more senior actuary.
