A national leader in public pension matters, Randy Stanley is an actuary who leads the Southeastern Region for Nyhart and is a senior actuary on matters related to local and state government pensions.

Randy joins Nyhart as a result of the merger with Stanley, Holcombe and Associates, an actuarial firm he co-founded and ran for more than 25 years. Prior to founding his own pension consulting firm, Randy had sixteen years of actuarial experience with major insurance companies and Alexander & Alexander (Aon), where he was Vice President and senior actuary/consulting for the Southeast. 

Randy has extensive experience in all aspects of employee benefit plan consulting and has taught seminars on advanced pension topics for the Florida Police Officers' and Firefighters' Trustees Conference, Southeastern Actuaries Club, the American Management Association, and the Educational Foundation of Georgia State University. He is a past President of the Atlanta Actuarial Club.
