JOB SUMMARY:

Assist department supervisor with administration of client FSA, HSA, and COBRA plans and with departmental functions.

Job responsibilities include the following:

STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT

  • Administration of FSA, HSA, and COBRA Accounts
  • Audit participant FSA, HSA, and COBRA accounts
  • Manages daily work flow
  • Process new groups
  • Handle complex client and participant issues
  • Responsible for client payroll, FSA/HSA Plan funding and other operations functions
  • Manage relationships with clients, software vendors, and brokers
  • Special projects as assigned

Qualified candidates must meet the following job requirements:

  • Bachelors degree
  • Customer service skills
  • Must be organized and detail-oriented
  • Proficiency in math and/or general accounting
  • Good interpersonal skills necessary to work with employees and clients at all levels
  • Flexibility in responding to changing demands and priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines and performance standards
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and other basic software
