JOB SUMMARY:
Assist department supervisor with administration of client FSA, HSA, and COBRA plans and with departmental functions.
Job responsibilities include the following:
STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT
- Administration of FSA, HSA, and COBRA Accounts
- Audit participant FSA, HSA, and COBRA accounts
- Manages daily work flow
- Process new groups
- Handle complex client and participant issues
- Responsible for client payroll, FSA/HSA Plan funding and other operations functions
- Manage relationships with clients, software vendors, and brokers
- Special projects as assigned
Qualified candidates must meet the following job requirements:
- Bachelors degree
- Customer service skills
- Must be organized and detail-oriented
- Proficiency in math and/or general accounting
- Good interpersonal skills necessary to work with employees and clients at all levels
- Flexibility in responding to changing demands and priorities
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines and performance standards
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and other basic software
