Nyhart is one of the nation’s leading independent actuary and employee benefits consulting firms. Nyhart is a growth-driven consulting firm composed of actuaries, consultants, attorneys, accountants, and administrators who advise clients from public and private companies on financial matters related to pensions, retirement benefits, compensation strategies and other employee benefits.
We advise senior executives at corporations, state and city governments, non-profits, dioceses and many other organizations throughout the U.S. Our clients represent more than $16 billion in retirement plan assets. We have more than 1,000 clients in 48 states.
In business since 1943, Nyhart began as a family owned business founded by Howard Nyhart. We progressed as a family business until an employee stock ownership plan was created and the employees purchased the company. Over the past 3 years we have expanded rapidly, acquiring additional specialty firms to expand our expertise and grow the family. Today, we have more than 100 employees at seven offices.
Our employees are passionate about our clients and our company. Nyhart is an employee-owned ESOP company with employees and clients throughout the United States. We are headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana with offices in Chicago, Houston, Kansas City, St. Louis, Atlanta and San Diego.
